Our flannels feature a signature 'Dixxon Fit' which is a relaxed, true-to-size cut. They are designed with extra length to prevent riding up and are pre-shrunk to ensure the fit remains consistent after washing.
What is the best way to care for my flannel?
To maintain the longevity of your gear, we recommend machine washing in cold water with like colors and hanging to dry. Our signature D-Tech fabric is wrinkle-resistant, so ironing is rarely necessary.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please use our online returns portal to start your request.
How often do you release new patterns and collaborations?
We drop new designs and limited edition collaborations almost every week. Many of our releases are limited runs, so once a specific pattern sells out, it is typically gone for good.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, there is a very limited window to make changes. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to modify your order.
